Melody Movement Ballet Classique

Here is Fleur sharing her Ballet Classique journey.  Fleur attends Grade 3 ballet classes and also enjoys Modern and tap lessons. Now Fleur is in year 7 she has started to help in Melody Bear classes and is looking forward to starting the Melody Movement SADP programme when she is in year 8 as it is her dream to be a dance teacher.

Fleur collects her Ballet Classique work file.  She is looking forward to working towards her Première Leçon Amber medal.
Fleur and her friends love the different topics. They research the answers using the Ballet Classique Handbook, reference books, computers and laptops.
Fleur and her friends arrive early at class to complete their challenges together.  Some are questions and answers and some are art and design.  You can choose which to do.

Sometimes Fleur does her work at home.  The challenges vary in length to complete from between 10 and 20 minutes. Students complete five in a term to receive the award.
Before the class begins, Fleur puts her  work in the file marked ‘Grade 3’ in the ‘In Box’ positioned at the side of the studio.  Fleur and her friends love submitting their work!
During the week, Fleur’s teacher stamps the work.  If the teacher is busy, the schools’s SADP students mark the work.  The Teacher Set-up Package comes with the Answer File to help SADP students.
The next week, Fleur collects her marked work from the ‘Out Box’.  As well as this being fun sorting and collecting the work sheets, students learn organisation skills.
Well done Fleur!  At the end of term she has completed five challenges and receives her Première Leçon Amber medal.  Now she is ready to start working on her Leçon Deux challenges for her Amethyst medal.  Her friends enjoy celebrating and sharing her achievement.
